Each rattan is handmade and does not look like another. Colour and size can be slightly different. Some rattans can have slightly different patterns and mix of colours.
The grip and rattan are adhere. Please understand that this are 2 different materials, and detachment from the 2 is possible. If this happens, you can always add glue. If your grip is defective, please contact me with this issue.
Please be aware that the adhesive part of the grip might not adhere to some phone silicone cases. That is, because some of the materials in silicone cases, such as rubber, and plastic. Please check you’re phone cover manufacturer, before you make your purchase.
I do not accept return or exchange. But please message me if your piece arrives damage, and I will send a new pieces in return for the one damage.
